Do:
- Hire a professional to help you heal from your injury or reduce your pain
- Use a daily exercise practice to build supportive muscle
- Target increasing the range of motion of the joint above and below the site of injury or pain
Don’t Do:
- Think it’s ok to live with pain (Because it is not)
- Think the pain or injury will magically heal itself (Because it won’t)
- Think taking pills to mask the pain will work long term (Because that’s not a good idea)
